Letter from the School
We aim to create a culture of competition and an understanding of the relentless pursuit of perfection. Starting with a foundation of fundamentals, we will focus our efforts on proper weightlifting techniques while promoting safety over all else, creating well rounded athletes versed in all three planes of movement.
Maclay Weightlifting has a goal of creating well rounded athletes that adopt healthy lifestyles as well as safe and technically sound weightlifting routines. Using this as a base, we aim to grow our program to include all athletes of various disciplines to pursue our goal of being state champions.
